Very messy & a texture is rough
These are ok, but definitely not my first choice. Separating them for portions is VERY messy - they are not really in nests, and there are a LOT of portions in one box so prepare to have noodles everywhere on your counter! I also found the texture of the noodles a bit more rough than other brands & types. Otherwise they are pretty standard, and they come out VERY white (for those who like presentation in their meals!).
