Made in small batches, the Arjuna Ginger Bar starts in a large kettle filled with four simple ingredients: fresh stone-ground organic ginger, delicate organic coconut sugar, and a little pectin and organic tapioca starch to give it its unique body and texture. Each bar is then dusted with a little extra organic coconut sugar before it is tucked into a foil pouch.

This is like a chewy ginger candy. I love it because it has a strong ginger flavour, and because it's sweetened with coconut sugar (so hard to find options that don't use cane sugar). They changed the packaging so now it's two individually wrapped pieces instead of one large one, which is kind of nice because the smaller size is good for a serving. Definitely recommend :)

These ginger bars are fantastic! They are chewy and sweet with a little zing. These small individual bars are perfect for a little snack. I found these really helped with sugar cravings too!
