Perfect. You can't make this better. If you are one that enjoys ginger marmalade, you will love this just as much. Versatile - as it's good both on sweet and savoury things. I don't cook much - so it ends up being more a morning spread on toast. Toasted bagel, with some strong cheese, and this loveliness on top. Dripping down. Cheese melting just a bit from the hot toasted bagel. Yum.

If you love ginger, you will love this. Truly wonderful spread. So flavourful that a little goes a long way.
My fave way to have it, is spread on a toasted English muffin and then spoon over some cottage cheese on top.
