Really helps
For the longest time I have been having gut and bloating issues. By the afternoon sometimes I would look like I was pregnant almost. Since taking this every morning it’s so much more manageable / non existent. A huge relief. I mix a little in my coffee in the morning. The only complaint is that it doesn’t mix in well. It will usually sink to the bottom of my cup so I need to shake the last few sips or else it will be at the bottom of the cup when I’m done.

Great product!
This totally did what I was looking for. It stopped my pre period spotting as well as my mood swings. I am very happy with this product. I put it in my morning protein shake and don't even notice a difference in taste.
