Very disappointed
I am so disappointed with the quality of the newly designed diapers. I have been using their products for 18 months and, until recently, had been very impressed that an eco conscious diaper could be of such high quality.
My disappointment started with the size and price of the new packages; price per diaper has gone up. Next was my experience with my first package. A total of 7/27 diapers were defective. Either the velcro tab was cut or there was none at all. Finally, they don’t hold up to leaks. I change my toddler very frequently and multiple times when I’ve gone to pick him up with a wet diaper the liquid has seeped out onto my shirt/arm. We have been sizing up at night and every night, now four, he has woken up soaked.
I really hope that Well.ca will read my review and stop selling these diapers. I can’t be the only one who’s had this experience. Well.ca was very good about refunding me for the defective package but unopened packages are final sale so now I’m stuck with 5 packs of useless diapers.
