The Ordinary 100% Organic Cold-Pressed Moroccan Argan Oil is a daily support formula for hair and skin. This formulation uses 100% pure Moroccan Argan Seed Oil extracted through a cold pressing that preserves the integrity of the oil's fatty acids, vitamins, phenols (including caffeic acid) and carotenes. Argan oil's main fatty acid content is made up of oleic acid and linoleic acid. The oil supports healthy skin and reduces the appearance of flaking. It also adds soft sheen and strength to hair.

too heavy
I have dry skin & I found this oil to be a little heavy. Wouldn't recommend if you have acne prone skin. Definitely prefer the marula oil. Unfortunately, it was out of stock.

Don't worry about the smell, I didn't notice anything. Besides, it's 100% pure argan oil.. the fact that there's no parfum or added chemicals to mask the oil is a good thing.
One drop was enough to moisturize super dry lips. I also applied on my face and it absorbed really quickly. I have oily skin and finding something that doesn't make me extra oily is a big deal! This is a good find.

A great bottle of Aragon oil for the price
I love using this on my ends and little wispys to keep them hydrated between washes. I will say though, it doesn’t smell quite as good as I thought it was going to but it’s certainly not terrible either.

I love this oil. My face gets very dry in the winter and this oil really helps keep my skin moisturized. I use it as a night cream and really like. Doesn’t smell the best but the smell fades.

Only reason I didn't give it 5-stars is because of the odour, but it might be my nose, but if it is just how the product is, then that's fine because even veggies generally don't smell spectacular (what I mean is that if it's a natural smell, then that is a good thing).

Best Facial Oil I've ever used
I have a very minimal skincare budget (we're talking like less than $15/month) and discovering ordinary is the best thing that's ever happened for my skin and my wallet.
This oil is exquisite. It hydrates my skin like nothing else I've ever tried (and I've tried a variety of fancy brands). I love the smell too!

This was not my fav. It really SMELLS. Which once it soaks in a dries, it's fine but really gross to put on my face. Works as a moisturizer but leaves you kinda oily. I also tried it in my long hair before blow-drying- just the smallest amount left my hair feeling weird and greasy. This is a no for me.

Smells absolutely rancid!
Ive had argan oil before, and from the ordinary. The bottle I received smells like decaying food in the bottom of an abandoned dumpster. 3E8 is on the bottle i assume that is the batch number. I cant even use this without getting nausea from the scent

great for your nails
This product was a bit heavy for my fine hair, and the smell was a problem but it has a secondary use: I rub drops of oil into my nails every night and I have the longest, strongest natural nails of my life. 10/10 would recommend.

I have straight, 2B, high porosity hair that tends to frizz. This oil is light, does not weigh down my hair, and helps to keep my hair from frizzing a lot. I use it on the ends up to just below my ears, not a lot is needed.
