Love This Product
I was introduced to Matrixyl 10 a few years ago and did some pretty in-depth research on it, when I saw that The Ordinary had combined it with my fav morning starter Hyaluronic Acid I had to give it a try. This is a great product, I love the texture and the price point is fantastic. I highly recommend this for mature or maturing skin. Easy to use and not expensive.

LOVE IT!
I bought this product, along with The Ordinary Buffet Serum about a month ago. I use a few drops of each every morning and night on my face and my skin looks and feels so much better. I am prone to redness, dryness and breakouts and have had issues finding products that work for me. These were transforming for my face and will be my new skin regime moving forward.

The #1 Serum I couldn't live without
For my morning routine, I use three drops of Niacinimide mixed with three drops of Hylauronic Acid + B5 every morning. Now, while I adore those products for morning use and for the sake of balancing out my facial oils, minimizing blackheads/acne, and giving a boost of hydration... if I had to choose between those two products over a Matrixyl serum, I would 100% go for the Matrixyl. The Matrixyl, I use for my night regiment by implementing four to five drops (for my face and neck) per night with a dampened face. Matrixyl performs as an intense hydrator (I'd say about two to three times better than hyaluronic acid) and appears to brighten the physical appearance of your skin within a week of consistent use. If anything, I would say that my face feels more evenly hydrated using the Matrixyl than it does to use both the Niacininimide and Hylauronic Acid + B5 during the morning. That said, just to preface, I mix the Niacinimide with the Hyaluronic acid to dilute the product from 10% to about 5% since my face is extremely sensitive. So, to avoid irritation/burning, I was suggested to do just that.
My skin before adopting serums into my skincare routine was S U P E R dehydrated and somewhat oily as the day went on no matter what cleanser or moisturizer was used. I have sensitive rosacea-prone, dry-combination skin, and keeping an evenly hydrated skin texture was something I never assumed I would be capable of having BUT ever since I adjusted my skincare regiment, for the first time, I can wholeheartedly say that my skin breaks out less, has less visible blackheads (still there, but the quantity/visibility/darkness over the past five months has lessened), not irritated/inflamed (still red, of course, but muted), no longer itchy from dryness, appears visibly brighter/clear, and retains moisture throughout a 12 hour period before washing my face again for the night (using solely four to five drops of the Matrixyl serum).
Using about four drops nightly lasts me about five months before needing to repurchase the product. The consistency has a thicker texture but it isn't sticky/tacky. The glass container is thick and won't shatter if you knock it over on the counter. After knocking it on the counter (cap open, but somehow it never spilled) on more than a few occasions, I can guarantee it's not a cheap/thin glass container. So, I'd say that finding a broken container upon shipping isn't something to worry about! I would suggest ensuring your face is damp before applying the serum since the Matrixyl, just like a Hylauronic acid, is meant to trap the present moisture on your face, so without moisture, it may not feel as hydrated after its application. That said, it's well worth its price point and a truly quality product. I couldn't endorse this company enough!

Wonderful!
This is the same stuff I've paid WAY too much for in past. It works really nicely over time to reduce fine lines and makes my skin look younger and more radiant. Also doesn't cause breakouts, which is great. Just pat into your skin before your moisturizer. LOVE!!

Pleasantly surprised
I was skeptical at first but I gave this a try. It’s been a couple weeks and I am pleasantly surprised. The fine lines I have are become less visible and my skin is soft. I also use this in conjunction with the anti-aging bundle. For the price it’s certainly been worth it.

This was my first product from TO and I'm so impressed
I had heard a lot good things about the Ordinary, and wanted to try it. I decided to try this after reading reviews, as I have some fine lines and one deepening forehead wrinkle that are beginning to bother me and retinol alone isn't cutting it - 2 weeks later and I use this alongside my squalene moisturizer am and pm, as well as my retinol, and I'm already seeing such a difference in my skin. Especially the lines on my neck. I'll be purchasing more in this line for sure! The affordability is amazing!

Fantastic Product
I’ve been an Esthetician for over 30 yrs and I will say this product most definitely holds up to ANY high end product. My skin is smooth, bright and honestly visibly reduced fine lines. I WILL recommend this to everyone I know!
