Magnesium CitraMate provides magnesium bound to citrate and malate for superior absorption. Both magnesium and malic acid have been found to provide support to individuals with muscle tenderness and fatigue. A study of 24 individuals found malic acid along with magnesium taken two times daily provided significant support in measurements of tenderness and discomfort.

Great formulation at an affordable price. I used to take another brand's magnesium that was more expensive, and I had to take 4-6 capsules a day to prevent muscle cramping. I only take 2 a day of this one and it does the job.

Labelling needs improvement
I bought several different Thorne Research items and I can't readily tell them apart. I have to squint to read the tiny print to make sure I'm taking what I intend to take. Slight variances in the colouring on the labels doesn't help much.
Product and delivery were fine. Always good dealing with Well.ca.
