Have recently read the book Wheat Belly and are trying to establish a wheat free environment in our home. The kids are on board and think it is neat to try new things. They loved the lasagna with these noodles and can never really tell the difference unless I tell them. Love this product!

I do not have celiac disease but have a sensitivity to wheat therefore trying to cut the majority of wheat products out of my diet. I made a vegetarian lasagna and the noodles were not soggy. I also froze half the lasagna, defrosted weeks later and reheated in the oven. The noodles withheld the process with only a little softening, as any lasagna would... An excellent product, and I no longer use wheat lasagna sheets!
