This distinctive deep red-brown colored conserve is made with Victoria plums grown on the Tiptree farm, that are hand sorted and de-stoned before being cooked. A full textured jam with a deliciously sweet flavor. The Wilkin family have been farming at Tiptree, Essex, since 1757, and making quality preserves there since 1885.
