I haven't been using this product long enough to comment on the collagen effects, but I will say I'm pleased with how tasteless and soluble it is. You can even mix it into plain cold water and still not see, smell or taste it, which I'm really a fan of. The only things I'm not entirely pleased with are the fact that it calls for "two scoops" as a measurement but didn't include a scoop, so I had to really read all the fine print to find out what they consider a "scoop" to be. And at 160 calories per serving, I thought that was pretty high so did some research on other collagen powders and found out that it is, in fact, one of the more calorie packed powders out there (more than a can of soda!). But that's plainly shown right in the product photos on this website and I just didn't pay attention, so that was my own fault for not seeing that. But if you're not concerned about that, I'd probably recommend this powder.
