I'm a black tea addict and have been searching for a really good white tea to replace (but really dislike fruit teas-- which always taste a bit like hot raspberry juice). This apricot tea is such a find! I actually bought a box of this at Winners, not expecting too much...(the only one they had, unfortunately) as it turned out to be incredibly good. I went on a search for Touch Organic teas, and found Well.ca at the same time--ordered a dozen boxes, and have been giving them to friends. It is just exceptional--delicate, beautiful flavour-- using 2-3 bags, and removing from teapot in about 4 minutes. Same experience with their Mango tea, the lovely "sweet" green tea, and Matcha. Best I've ever found. Wonderful experience with Well.ca, as well. Will definitely be re-ordering

I couldn't taste any apricot flavour at all. The white tea tasted bitter (although I totally admit that this could have been my fault - perhaps I let it brew too long?). I will be giving this away, as I don't think I have any use for it. I wanted something that tasted like apricots, and, to me, this just tastes like bitter tea. The other thing is that I didn't realize that white tea tastes so much like black tea...yes, I did know that they are the same plant, but I didn't expect the white tea to have such a strong flavour that is so similar to black tea - just a head's up for those of you who might be thinking the same thing! Other people did like this tea, which baffles me a bit - how did they get an apricot taste, when I could not taste it at all??? Just goes to show you that our taste buds are all different!
