Dandelion Leaf and Root Tea is traditionally used to treat digestive disturbances and as a diuretic.
Recommended dose: Drink 1 cup 3-4 times daily.
Directions of use: Adults and adolescents 12 and over: Pour 240 mL of freshly boiling water over 1 tea bag in a cup and steep, covered, for 10-15 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release any remaining extract.
Duration of use: For occasional use only. May be used for up to 2 weeks.
Caution: Consult a physician if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have liver or gall bladder diseases or intestinal obstruction, or are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae family.

This is a great product as you get both leaf and root goodness. In spring, do a dandelion cleanse and drink a cup or two everyday for a week and see how good you will feel! Helps detoxify the liver and will add a spring in your step.

A good cleanser
I was recommended by a friend to try detoxifying tea. This one worked really well and left me with a clean inner feeling. However, personally, I like their only dandelion root tea better.

Must be great product
I make my own tea during the summer plus I regularly eat a Dandelion salad, here in southern Quebec, Canada. Good to know that this kind a tea is commercially available.
