I Absolutely recommend this tea! I originally started drinking this tea to help alleviate menstrual cramps. It sure did! Now, I'm 37 weeks pregnant with my first child. I've researched and heard all about the great bemefits of red raspberry tea during the last trimester of pregnancy. I've been feeling great enjoying it on a daily basis! Love that it's ORGANIC! I only put 4 stars because I do wish there are more teabags per box!

Never tried it for PMS but have been drinking it while in 3rd trimester of pregnancy...not sure if it worked for me, my contractions were painful and I was in labor for 30 hours. But it does taste nice.
