This tea works, big-time. I have horrible sleep disorders and it helps me wind down and get a little sleepy so my sleep meds (they don't do a great job but without them I would get NO sleep) can actually work better. But, I had to stop using this tea and any supplements that have valerian root in it because the dry mouth I've developed since using valerian is so severe. Even with increasing my water intake and using dry mouth products, the improvement is minimal and temporary. So for those who can tend towards a dry mouth, be careful with anything with valerian. I read after that it is a common side effect.

I have suffered from insomnia most of my life. I am uncomfortable using drugs to treat it so I decided to try this product. The tea tastes great making it a pleasant experience. I have to admit that I slept well that night and it may be because of the tea. Overall I'd recommend it.

This tea with valerian really works for helping me to fall asleep easily. There is no comparison between this tea & other "sleepy time" formulations. I've tried them & while they're tasty & calming, they don't actually help me fall asleep. This tea does. It also contains organic ingredients & TM is working towards increased fair trade certification, which is nice to see. I highly, highly recommend this tea - it's one of my favourites.
