Does the job!
I have been using this for a month and have not needed to go to my physiotherapist to unstick my ribs. It unkinks my back and thoracic region, which is hard to do with a regular roller. There can be some uncomfortableness when you first use it, but you get used to it.

Pain be gone
This is so much better than a regular foam roller for your back, calf and shin, it's not too big the size is perfect and unlike a regular foam roller you can use this one on your lower back due to it's shape (I asked them on their website to make sure, that it was indeed safe).
