Ingredients list reveals quality...
Hard to find a capsule ( these break down faster for me than tablets) with a quality formula that isn’t full of fillers like rice powder maltodextrin etc. I was surprised to see high quality chelates, methylating factors, co-enzymes(Ubiquinone-10), sources listed for various antioxidants, P5P, and mixed carotenoids(Betatene), mixed tocopherols/tocoentriols. It’s expensive, so i waited until it was on sale. I think this is the best formula I have come to find in a long while. Only thing missing: vitamin K.

Very good daily multi.
I have been using this for about 6 months. I chose it because I have liver problems and I needed a vitamin that was natural and easy to process. This one seems to work well and doesn't cause upset stomach or any other side effects. It is a bit pricey so I try to get it on sale.

Great multivitamin
I have a liver condition that means I have to be careful what supplements I take - this one is great - it provides the safety net I need but doesn't exacerbate my condition. It's a bit pricey so I grab it when it's on sale
