Really enjoy these but unless I eat one right before or after a plain almond one, I can't taste the cocoa. That being said, I really like the plain amond ones so these are nice too. As I said in the almond biscotti rating, the texture is quite gritty but that's the nature of rice flour. Dipped in coffee, or in my case, tea, the grittiness is reduced and as someone who loves biscotti but whose body hates gluten, I appreciate having these tasty treats available!!!
