Waste of Time - No effect

Great cold relief
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I tried this product and received a full rebate in exchange for my honest opinion. The packaging for Tylenol Cold is great because it's yellow and shows very easily that it's for day time use.
I appreciate the fact that it has acetaminophen in it because its competitive drug is being blamed for health issues right now. I also appreciate that it covers nasal congestion, and a dry cough and aches and pains. The capsule is easy to swallow.
I would recommend this product for anyone that has a cold, particularly one that is involves the nasal areas.

Tylenol cold and Flu day/night
This is my go to product when I have a cold or flu. The daytime tabs keep me functional and the nighttime tabs help me get a full nights sleep. This product always clears my sinuses and congestion.

Doesn't change anything
Taken the day capsules, helped a tiny bit. Taken the night capsules 2 nights in a row and both times did nothing. I was up all night blowing my nose and unable to sleep. If anything it actually got worse after taking the tablets. I wouldn't expect this from a big brand name. Don't waste your money and buy these, they are absolutely rubbish. Read the other bad reviews and don't waste your time with these useless tablets. Stick with advil

Useless
Did absolutely nothing to relieve my cold symptoms. Nothing. You have to fight to get each pill out of the blister wrap - I actually need to use scissors.

Terrible Packaging - Dosage Unclear
Just purchased this product and after reviewing the box thoroughly find no information whatsoever about dosage. One tablet or two? How long cane you expect some relief? There is no package insert. Why doesn't the daytime tablet provide runny nose relief?

On the label it says "Take 1-2 daytime OR Nighttime Tablets every 4 hours as needed." implying you take one or the other. Please clarify whether you should take one or the other or if it okay to take the daytime and night time together at their designated times.

Very effective!

It is a good product and easy to swallow
I had great problems using this product.. If you have problems dispensing medications, using your fingers don't buy this formulation. Or perhaps ask the pharmacist to open the box and bottle for you. Tylenol makes arthritic bottles for some medications, I suggest they do that for this one.

Don't do it! will make you cough more!
I used to use this product all the time. But now I stay away from the stuff. I was just taking regular tylenol for the aches on my current cold. not much coughing. feeling pretty good. decided to take a couple of cold tablets and now I cannot stop coughing all day. This was my last experience as well. But I thought it was just a one off.
Nope.
not buying this stuff anymore.
If you want to cough your face off, then buy this product.

Does not work at all. Doesn’t not reduce nasal congestion, runny nose, or cough. Only helps with fever, so pretty much regular Tylenol. Advil cold works better.

Main complaint is packaging
When you’re sick the last thing you want to do is fight with packaging to get a pill out. Completely understand it’s for safety of children however as an adult I’m frustrated every time I have to use this product. Product works but the packaging is not optimal for someone who isn’t feeling great already.
