Don't let those daytime headaches slow you down. Extra Strength Tylenol Daytime Relief Tablets combine acetaminophen (pain reliever) and caffeine (pain relief aid) to temporarily relieve headaches and help you get back to your day. It also temporarily relieves pain due to migraines, muscle sprains and strains, and reduces fever. Each tablet contains 500 milligrams of acetaminophen and 65 milligrams of caffeine and comes in an easy-to-swallow format.
Adults and children 12 years and older should take one tablet every four to six hours. If pain or fever does not improve after one tablet, take two tablets at next dose. Do not take more than eight tablets in 24 hours. Extra Strength Tylenol Daytime Relief Tablets are a great choice for first aid kits at home and work.
Do not take more than directed (see liver warnings). Adults and children 12 years and older: Take 1 tablet every 4-6 hours If pain or fever does not improve after 1 tablet, take 2 tablets at next dose. Do not take more than 8 tablets in 24 hours. Other information Read the complete label before use and follow all directions. Do not use if carton is open or if inner foil seal is missing or broken. Store at 15 to 30C. Child resistant package Not a standard dosage unit product. Use only on the advice of a doctor.
Liver warning: Acetaminophen may cause severe or possibly fatal liver damage if you take: more than the recommended dose in 24 hours with other drugs containing acetaminophen, while drinking 3 or more alcoholic drinks every day. Symptoms of liver damage may include: yellow skin or eyes dark urine sweating nausea vomiting, stomach pain unusual tiredness, loss of appetite. Allergy alert: Acetaminophen may cause serious skin reactions. Symptoms may include: skin reddening, blisters rash. If any of these symptoms occur, stop use and seek medical help right away. Do not use with any other drug containing acetaminophen if allergic to acetaminophen or caffeine or any other ingredient in this product. If you are not sure whether a drug contains acetaminophen, ask a doctor or pharmacist. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you have liver or kidney disease take the blood thinning drug warfarin have high blood pressure, glaucoma, or overactive bladder syndrome are pregnant or breastfeeding. When using this product avoid other caffeine containing products. Too much caffeine may cause rapid heart rate, nervousness or sleeplessness. Stop use and ask a doctor if pain lasts for more than 5 days fever lasts for more than 3 days existing pain or fever worsen or if new symptoms appear. Keep out of reach of children. This package contains enough drug to seriously harm a child. In case of overdose, call a Poison Control Centre or get medical help right away. Saved me while at work!

It has helped me with my headache, body ache and staying awake thanks to the caffeine instead of making me drowsy the way I usually feel. So I was able to stay awake and focused despite being sick.
Definitely recommend this!

Quick and Effective!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I suffer from regular tension headaches and am always looking for quick acting and effective relief. These do the trick! I have used excedrin which also has caffeine but theyre not available in Canada unless you ship it in for a very high price.
These pills were easy to swallow and brought quick relief within similar results. I am so excited these are now widely available in Canada!

Easy to use

No better over the counter meds for migraines!

Awesome for tough headaches!

Pain Relief

Pain free fast relief

Not for my mograine pain :(

Tylenol Daytime Relief has Acetaminophen 500mg and Caffeine 65mg to help with headaches and migraines. I tried it when I had a migraine attack, it is easy to swallow however did not really helped me with migraine headache. It might help with regular headaches but not for me.

Effective Non-Drowsy Pain Relief
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The EZ tabs were much easier to swallow than the other Tylenol but more importantly, it works on all sorts of aches and pains! Let it be from playing too much pickleball so there's back pain or headaches from this hot weather, taking 1-2 tablets cures the aches within 30 minutes. This is my go to and is always in my bag when I'm going on vacation or even staying cool at home.

Tylenol Daytime Relief
It is a reliable option for daytime pain relief especially if you need to stay active and alert.
Because of the change of weather, there is a tendency that you feel dizzy and not feeling well and Tylenol is one of the great remedy for this. It provides fast, effective relief and manage aches and pains.
The combination of acetaminophen and caffeine really helps alleviate migraines without feeling drowsy.
It has a easy swallow coated tablets and has 20 count which is great amount and travel-friendly. I am pleased how fast my headache was relieved and gone.
It contains caffeine(pain relief aid) so recommended not taking it too late at night to sleep more comfortably.

Fast pain relief

Of course, as always with medication, use the recommended dose. Follow the instructions and warnings on the label.

Good headache relief

Migraine remedy without getting drowsy
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have always dealt with migraines with coffee, shower and sleep which are certainly impossible when I am at work. Thanks to @thisisbutterly and @tylenolca I get to try Extra Strength Tylenol Daytime Relief and I'm impressed with the results.
The tablets are just the right size and are easy to swallow. The combination of acetaminophen and caffeine work effectively and alleviate my migraines faster than other products I've used.
Extra StrengthTylenol Daytime Relief also helps manage my muscle pains without causing any troubles to my sensitive tummy. I do take one tablet after a meal though so that is probably worth taking note of. The best thing about it is that it provides relief without causing drowsiness, making it ideal for daytime use. Definitely having a bottle handy for all my aches and pains.

Excellent for headaches and migraines

Good for morning pain

Each tablet contains tylenol 500 mg and caffeine 65 mg. I normally use pain relievers for headaches. I don't normally find tylenol makes me drowsy so the caffeine isn't really necessary from that perspective, but it is nice to have that extra boost when you are having a headache. However, I didn't like that I had to be careful of when I took it, because I wouldn't want the caffeine to keep me up at night, and I do get headaches at night also. So, multiple products are required instead of just one. However, this product is great for morning headaches.
It comes as a small circular coated tablet. Personally I prefer to swallow caplets, as I find them easier, but these tablets weren't too bad to swallow.

Headache be gone
