Improve the duration of your sleep with pain relief plus a sleep aid with Extra Strength Tylenol Nighttime Caplets. Containing 500 milligrams of acetaminophen for pain relief plus 25 milligrams of the sleep aid diphenhydramine hydrochloride, these caplets help you fall asleep and stay asleep. For effective relief of nighttime pain with accompanying sleeplessness due to headaches, back and body pain, muscle aches and pains, arthritis pain, menstrual pain, dental pain, and aches and pains due to colds and flu.
Directions: See insert for important information before use. Adults and Children 12 years and older: take two caplets at bedtime, or as directed by a doctor. Do not take more than 2 caplets per day.
Caution: Keep out of the reach of children. This package contains enough medication to seriously harm a child. May cause marked drowsiness. Avoid alcohol, driving, or other activities requiring alertness. Do not use with other drugs containing acetaminophen or diphenhydramine. Do not take more than the maximum daily dose. Overdose may result in severe or possibly fatal liver damage. Do not take if allergic to acetaminophen, diphenhydramine, or any ingredient in the product. Do not use with a topically applied product that also contains diphenhydramine. Consult a doctor if your symptoms last for more than five days, if new symptoms appear, or if you develop allergic reactions such as wheezing, rash, or itching. If sleeplessness persists continuously for more than two weeks, consult your doctor. Insomnia may be a symptom of serious underlying illness. Use only on the advice of a doctor. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you: are taking tranquilizers or sedatives; are pregnant or breastfeeding; have chronic alcoholism; have a serious liver or kidney disease; have glaucoma, chronic lung disease (including asthma), difficulty in urination due to prostate gland enlargement; are elderly and experience confusion at night; use any other medications including natural health products, prescription drugs, salicylates or other pain and fever relief medications.

Worked Wonders !

One of these and it takes care of the pain and helps me get the rest that I need. Works fast and works well. Will def be my go to for this kind of pain relief when I need it!

Fast acting and effective

I had used it ro help me with my very annoying back pain that when it flares up won't let me sleep, i can feel the pain in my legs and makes it impossible to rest. Tylenol Night help me fall asleep fast and got a good rest and was able to recover much faster than using just regular pain reliever.
It became a must have in my house.

Tylenol Nightime

Tylenol is my go to for headaches, but I didn't know what to expect when I received the Nighttime formula. I didn't know if it would really help me sleep but I was pleasantly surprised that it actually helped me to feel relaxed and fall asleep. I would definitely recommend this product.

Sleep, finally!

I slept through the night for the first time in what seems like forever.
I not only slept, but woke up feeling awake and ready for the day. No hang-over effect that other sedatives give you.

Restful Sleep

I would try fix the pain but had little sleep or the other way round. I tried many remedies.Some worked and some failed big time.So I have been a bit of a skeptic on products now. No more sleepless nights due to pain

Thank you for the peaceful sleep.

Pain Be Gone

Drowsy

It does relieve pain and let's you fall asleep, but even after 9hrs of sleep I woke up feeling very medicated. Would be better if they can fix it so that your next day isn't a struggle. I prefer to sleep with pain if it means I'm not fighting the drugged feeling all day.

Love this product

It helped me sleep while I was in pain but didn't leave me groggy when I woke up to help my children in the middle of the night or early in the morning. Works great!

pain free sleep

I found it took a while, about an hour to work but I when it started to work I was able to fall asleep because my pain had eased off some. I didn't feel tired or sluggish in the morning after using this product the night before. Over all a good product for the occasional sleeplessness because of pain.

Very Effective and Efficient Relief

Reliable, Effective
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I am skeptical of such products and would rather not spend time and money on aches and pains. As a university student, costs like these add up quickly.
My back pain at night when I lay down has been an ever present problem for as long as I can remember. My back pain makes it challenging for me to sleep comfortably, resulting in tossing and turning, which causes further irritation.
After a trial of this product, I am pleased to say that I was able to sleep through the night, and wake feeling refreshed and pain-free. I have been more effective in my studies and much less irritable. I actually look forward to resting!
I am now aware of how much my back pain was affecting my life, as cheesy as it sounds... If you are considering this product, do yourself a favor and go buy it PRONTO! :)

Extra strength Tylenol night time

I have an issue with osteoporosis in my knee and sometimes have awaken from sleep because of the pain and have had difficulty falling asleep afterwards. This product did help with moderating the pain to the extent that I was able to fall asleep quite quickly. I have since bought the product and am very satisfied with the effective relief it supplies.

Painless sleep.

I get extreme headaches and sometimes lay in bed all night in pain. This specific predicted helped with pain and sleep, which was a plus since not getting sleep at night and waking up at 7 with two babies it's dreadful ! Helped me get some Zzzzzz

I fell asleep,stayed asleep and did not wake with a fuzzy head. I tried the pills for a couple nights and it really helped me get back into my sleep patterns. I would try again if my sleep is ever disturbed again.

Tylenol night time

I suffer from lower back aches and generally have difficulty falling asleep. Once taken the tablets eased me into a sound sleep. I didn't wake as I usually do several times throughout the night. Quick Relief. Great Value!

No Sleeplesness Due To Pain

I was looking for a product to help with my muscle soreness from working out BUT I needed something that didn't cause excitability because I'm very affected by this and have trouble sleeping. Finally Slept

No more painful bedtimes
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I loved this sleep aid because it's rare that I need a sleep aid without pain relief but I hate the idea of having a pill for each thing. It also didn't make me as drowsy in the morning as some sleep aids do- I just felt rested and ready to start the day. I'm keeping some in my med cabinet at all times now because it works if you have deep pains or even just had a rough day gardening.

Works Fast

I get pain that keeps me from sleeping and I've had to use sleep aids to fall asleep. I fell asleep quickly and when I woke up I felt refreshed. No More Restless Nights

Sleep tight

For a Good Nights Sleep!

When I received this sample, I really wanted my husband to try it as he works very long hours and has quite a bit of joint pain and overall body pain which makes sleep very interrupted. He found it worked very well to ease some pain through the night. He has a bad shoulder and said that there was quite a bit of relief through the night. Going to purchase in the future for sure!
