They work but not my cup of tea
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) These work but I don’t think I would try again. They are very bulky and move around a lot while sleeping. I was constantly worried that I would have leaks. Also they are quite large for being a single use item which is bad for the environment.

Dealing with Your Period - Solved!

Works as advertised, but uncomfortable
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Definitely very absorbent and allows you to sleep without having to worry about leaking. But the material is ultimately disposable and can rip relatively easily. Not overly comfortable - kind of reminiscent of wearing a diaper or something.

Could use more underwear

First thing I noticed is there's not enough in the back.The pad area is fine, but the underwear part is not.The front of it is great, like boyshorts.But the back, half my cheeks aren't covered.Very annoying.The back should be like the front. Anyway, I wore them to bed.A bit snug and need to pull them up high to get the pad right up against me, but got comfortable soon enough.I slept on my back and both sides, and no leaks at all.Woke up to use the bathroom, and pulling them off I saw right away that they absorb a lot, which is very good.And pressing some toilet paper to the pad, it came off dry.So they absorb quickly, also very good.When I got up in the morning, still no leaks at all, and still more area to absorb, so I kept them on for about another 5 hours.No leaks still, but again, the back of the underwear makes it a bit uncomfortable when standing up and moving around, I constantly felt like I had to adjust them, almost like having a wedgie.

Love them

Easy and dependable!

I’m both too young & too old for diapers

Ok so if I thought millennials were being infantilized by clueless corporations before, was I in for a surprise when I got a box of these “panties” to try. Are they absorbant? Yes, but anything this thick would be. Are they reminiscent of my stay in a mental ward with my period? Absolutely. They are not pretty in any sense and I would never wear them on a nightly basis, unless I was like actually in so much pain I might die. Would they be great for someone with limited mobility? Sure! Post surgery or post birth? Maybe after a miscarriage. I can see a market for that. As a nightly period panty for adult women with sex lives? No. I am far too old to be wearing pull ups to bed. And I am far too young to be wearing something that looks like my grandma’s depends. Hospitals could use better quality women’s feminine supplies, they’re out of the dark ages and this is a step in the right direction. And sex health clinics for post miscarriage or birth or abortion.

Period diaper

Comfortable and safe

They do not resemble panties in look or feel. These are reimagined incontinence products.
Yes, they do offer excellent protection, but the comfort and waste for me was not worth it.

Great for after having a baby

Great Leak Protection

Not what I was expecting

Looks like a diaper; feels like a dream
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I had a great experience using the U by Kotex Dreamwear underwears. They didn’t look very sexy but they definitely did the trick in keeping my dry and making me feel protected. I wore it all day without having to change on my first medium flow day, then I changed into another one at night for my heavy flow. Once again, I had no leaks and felt almost completely dry. My only issues were that the size ran small, even though I measured as between sizes and sized up as instructed so, upon pulling up the second underwear, it tore, but this wasn’t entirely surprising since I do have nails and it’s not made out of fabric. However, I did hope that these things would’ve been tested before coming to market. I definitely think they need to resize these underwear and offer more sizes to fit EVERY body. Nonetheless, the tear was rather small so I could still wear the underwear without worrying that it would cause any leaks or further tears. I slept like a baby without having to worry about position.

Pros & Cons
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Like my title says, this product is riddled with pros and cons for me. I love the overall idea of the Dream Wear product, and wished I could have had something like this in my life after I had my baby (if you're a mom too, you will get what I'm going for!). As a woman, we all know that leaks can happen and I think it's a fear we all share, especially at night, so this product sounds great, right? Sadly, after opening the box, my excitement began to dwindle, why? because I was expecting something more "lady underwear-ish", and not so much a lady sized diaper. To me, it looked like a diaper, sounded like a diaper and fit like a pair of potty training pull-ups. Alas, I agreed to test this product and indeed I did, so here goes my 100% honest review as follows;
Pros- Not having to worry about nightly leaks. They felt secure. They didn't leak. They were comfortable.
Cons- It legit felt like wearing a diaper. Although they fit well, they still had bulk to them. They created a LOT of waste.

Good but not for me
