Game-changer of periods!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This is the first time that I've tried the U by Kotex Dreamwear underwear. At first fit, the underwear felt very natural and comfortable. Not once did I have a leak, like I do with regular pads. I felt dry and protected all day long. Also, the underwear just felt normal to wear and not like I was wearing a diaper. I'm very pleased with this new product and it's a game-changer in my life! Amazing technology!

Does the job but not cute

Although the underwear themselves aren't the most appealing and kind of awkward like a diaper, they do the trick for heavier days where you feel a pad may shift out of place since the pad is entirely built into the underwear. Definitely not a fashion statement by any means but very useful. I would also likely recommend this product to young females starting their menstrual cycle for nighttime as well.

Dream Wear convert!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) As a super heavy flow, I have always had leakage issues. Despite using multiple types of protection, sometimes at the same time, I’ve always had trouble finding something that handled my periods.
I was hesitant at first. This was definitely not like anything I’d usually buy, or wear. But…. I’m converted. The panties were comfortable, and much less bulky than I expected. And guess what? NO LEAKING.

J'ai adoré je porte une coup dans le jour, mais pour la nuit c'étais moyen. Les dreamwears sont parfaites. Elle épouse le corps. On ne les sent même plus sur le corps. Elle absorbe bien les fluide même lors des premières journées qui peuvent être plus abondantes.

Game changer for heavy flow

I have endometriosis and sometimes need extra coverage at night and this feels so comfortable and I don’t have to layer like 3 pads and potentially ruin my nice underwear. It’s absorbent and comfortable and doesn’t dig into my sides. I love the colour and I still feel cute surprisingly. They don’t look or feel like a diaper.

Great product

Also, it's not messy like I tought it would be, it feels clean and not uncomfortable at all. Also, the price is very reasonable considering what it's doing. The size was perfect and felt great. Also, it took a long time to be full, not like my usual pads.

Dreamwear for dreamland

While they do slightly feel like you're wearing an adult diaper, they offer complete leakproof protection while you're catching some zzzzz. They're also super comfortable and relatively flattering to wear. Absolutely will be adding these to my monthly ritual.

These are really great save your sheets!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) These are great for those heavy flow days where you know you normally leak over. They are comfortable enough to wear all night and help save those beautiful sheets. The only disadvantage is they just still feel like you are wearing something, which during those days when you just need to save your bedding that doesn’t matter. They work well I just don't feel sexy wearing them.

Like wearing a diaper

Useless!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) At first it looked like adult incontinence diapers. It felt baggy, yet it was paper thin. As soon as I put the underwear up my hips, it ripped across the back side. Throughout the day, it would rip some more.
The only good thing about it was that it kept the fluid in the brief overnight. But I’d rather just wear a pad in my underwear instead. Not worth it!

It does the job, but could be improved

Pros:
It didn’t leak, even during the most abundant night of my period.
Cons:
Doesn’t seem as absorbent as my usual night pads, it felt moist after a while and wasn’t very comfortable.
Fit was odd and felt awkward. Part of my butt was uncovered and I don’t like that.
A bit fragile, I accidentally ripped the top one time while putting it on. I was more careful after that. I guess it should be expected that it’s not as sturdy as actual panties, though.
Not sure, but since it uses more material than pads, I guess it must be more harmful for the environment?
I haven’t checked, but I’m pretty sure that these must be more expensive than pads since they use more material. I don’t see any benefit over using pads, so I don’t think I should spend more money to get these.

A Super Comfortable Alternative

It is especially effective during the first two nights when my flow is heavier and provides ultimate leakage protection.
I think it would be great if these were somehow washable and reusable instead of disposable.

Period underwear
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I was super excited to try the new Dreamwear period underwear, for FREE! I opened up the pack and found they looked and felt similar to the adult diapers I wore after giving birth. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Typically, I leak through night time pads the first few days of my cycle. I wore these to bed. TheY fit a bit more comfortable than adult diapers and feel better texture wise. They were not the most comfortable in general though, but were not completely uncomfortable. They did an amazing job and prevented leaks on my heavy cycle days, while I slept. I wouldn't recomend them if you have lighter cycles. I did find by my the time I used the last sample, they felt less uncomfortable. Perhaps it was just the adjustment. I will purchase these again because we all know having to scrub out underwear is the worst.

Great overnight protection

I am on the cusp of sizes and went with the sm/med as I like the feel of the compression rather than have anything move around. Kept me feeling confident and no leaks allowing me to actually get a decent sleep

Love - great for postpartum

The elasticity is great and very comfortable and the overall quality is top notch. The absorbency is the same as a normal pad. I was surprised at how much they feel like normal cotton undies as I’m a picky underwear person!
I would totally recommend these.

I have suffered from extreme endometriosis and well as very heavy periods so I have always had to use bulky pads where I would risk leaking and being uncomfortable. With these underwear pads I feel safe and secure! I will only be buying these

Not a bad product

Overall the product isn’t bad, a bit strange wearing but not bulky or thick. They are great for overnight especially as extra protection for any leaks or if you have a heavy period. It is not something I would buy and use all the time.

Dreamy period sleep
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I was sceptical at first but also excited because nothing like this exists out there. I was worried these would be bulky and diaper-like. These were absolutely phenomenal. I have the heaviest periods known to mankind. No matter what I do for nighttime sleep, using both ultra tampons and heavy night pads, I virtually always leak on my heaviest night. These dreamer solved the problem, hands-down. Usually on my heaviest day, I always leak in the car as well If Im in it for longer than an hour. Once again these solved this problem. Normally I would have to stop somewhere on my way home to avoid a leak. These are going to be a godsend for people like me that have oddly heavy periods. I just wish these looked a little less disposable, not that I’m getting lucky on my period but I also don’t like the look of housing ‘depends’ style panties in my bathroom.

Pleasantly surprised

I didn’t have any leaking or mess and the underwear staying in place all night. I didn’t have a very heavy flow but I feel confident that these can last a night with a heavier flow no problem.

Not enough coverage

It was almost like just having a pad, but no underwear coverage for potential leaks, which went on my pjs. The underwear part was like very high booty shorts/Daisy duke shorts. I would not recommend these or purchase myself

Also a fantastic product for sleeping during a period. No concerns with leaks on the bed and I was able to sleep in all positions without any concerns. The product removes the worry during a period.

I’m glad I didn’t go with the larger size. I found it weird to have my butt checks exposed while wearing a pad but it was comfortable and didn’t move over night .

Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend these. I get that they are trying to tap into the period underwear craze that’s happening lately, but this misses the mark.
On paper yes, it does the job it is intended for. It’s absorbent, I didn’t leak and wasn’t worried about doing so. Other than that, I don’t have much positive things to say…
It feels like wearing an adult diaper, and not the mesh wonderful ones after labour at the hospital - but bulky and uncomfortable. It’s soft to the touch, but also has no discernible front or back, and because of that it sits very uneven and eventually rides right up. Gives a very uncomfortable period pad wedgie, not great.
Overall, I wouldn’t purchase this nor recommend it. It would do in a pinch, but it wouldn’t be a product I’d gravitate towards.

It was not too uncomfortable and did not leak too .I would very much buy this product as is a good product for some days when you need double protection.
