Umi’s Kitchen Coconut Curry Simmer Sauce – gently simmer chicken, seafood, vegetables or other protein in this flavourful Coconut Curry simmer sauce until fully cooked. Alternatively, marinate chicken, lamb or pork overnight. Bake or grill until cooked and serve over rice!
