We made tacos with this jackfruit. We just cooked up the jackfruit in a pan with taco sauce. It was delicious! The fruit was fresh and the texture was perfect.

Wasn't sure what to expect
I bought this at the grocery store as I was hungry while running errands. I thought this was regular jackfruit. I was sorely mistaken. When I learned I had to cook it with spices, I did a few days later - and it was great with some added spinach. Lots of fiber, low calorie - great option for so many reasons. That said, the price is insane - I don't plan to buy their product again unless it is at least dropped in half.
