Urban Slicer Neapolitan Style Pizza Dough Mix is an impeccable blend of flour and yeast for creating Italy's most famous pizza. Makes 2 14" Crusts.
1. In a large bowl add entire packet of dough mix and exactly ONE CUP (236g) warm water 2. Mix ell until dough is smooth and elastic. (10 minutes kneading by hand -or- 8 minutes with stand mixer and dough hook) 3. Form into 2 identical sized balls and let rise in covered bowl for 2-4 hours at room temperature. 4. Toss or stretch (on floured surface) into two 13'-14' pies. 5. Add toppings and bake.
