Scent has changed
I never write reviews, but this time I had to. I have been using this cream for over 10 years, and just like others have mentioned, the scent 100% has changed. It's one of the main reasons I use it, I'm very sensitive to smells and this had a light vanilla coco smell to it. The two I just bought have a weird almost medicinal smell to them I can't even describe, but to me it's really not pleasant. You say you have not changed the ingredients but myself and many people who have used this product for years see a big difference. Can you please bring the old smell back? I love this product and wouldn't want to switch.

Smells horrid!
I have been buying this product for as long as I can remember, and have been pleased with it. It's always been moisturizing without being greasy and has a faint smell of cocoa butter which was appealing. I also liked that it wasn't as thick as the Palmers Cocoa Butter lotion especially in the hotter months. Sadly, the recent bottle I bought is NOT the same. It has a chemical/mechanical smell that is horrid. I have a sensitive sense of smell, and this cream gave me a sinus headache instantly. I attempted to use it on my son, but the smell is just too much. What a waste of a product as it will be going in the garbage. I'll be going back to Palmers.

Bring back Stratys 3 formula....
I have been an avid Vaseline cocoa butter user for decades. Sadly, as the others indicated, the cocoa butter formula changed in the past year or two but haven't figured it out until now. I noticed this as I found an old bottle of the Stratys formula I had stored and am rationing it like crazy. I used to swear by the product and now I cannot stand the new smell, it is really sub par and to be honest it stinks.
In the meantime I will have to find another product to substitute my moisturizing needs.
Please bring back the pure cocoa butter + Stratys 3 formula. My skin will thank you.

Terrible pump
I have always used your product but I will no longer buy it until you change the new “smart pump” as is labeled on the container. There are 2 problems: 1) when the lotion reaches the bottom but there is still enough for me to use for several days, the pump no longer works. What is worse, you have purposely made the pump so that you can’t twist it off to get was is left at the bottom. I paid full price, I expect to get every drop. 2) I have poor vision. Your pump is the same on both sides. Sometimes I put my hand on the wrong side and the lotion comes out the other. This was not a “smart” design. I will no longer buy your product until the pump is changed.

NEW FORMULA STINKS
I’m so so disappointed in the new formula of this cocoa butter lotion. I’ve purchased dozens of bottles over the years and it’s always been amazing for my sensitive skin. I got a new one today with the new packaging and good grief the new scent is unbearable. It used to be a lovely light true cocoa butter scent, now it’s like a powdery, matronly floral. I had to wash it off because it was giving me a headache so I cannot properly review the skincare properties. I’m so bummed. BRING BACK THE OLD FORMULA PLEASE!!!

Fast and Moisturizing
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have naturally dry skin and the weather doesn't help. Winter has just ended and summer is on it's way and I need some serious moisturizing fast. I like this cream because my skin just drinks it in. I am often in a rush or feel too lazy to wait a bit before I get dressed so I like that this cream doesn't take long to absorb. It's moisturizing but not too rich or greasy. The one thing I don't love is the scent but I might just have an issue with cocoa butter. However it makes my skin soft and silky which is most important to me and I would definitely recommend this lotion.

Loved this product until fragrance changed
I have been using Vaseline Intensive Care Cocoa Butter lotion for many years now and have always loved the way it moisturizer without feeling greasy....best product on the market....until my latest purchase....I ran out over Christmas and purchased some yesterday....there is a new fragrance to it and I find it nauseating...way too perfume smelling....I now have to change...after all these years of having a product that worked and that I loved....very disappointed.

The Key to Managing Dry Skin!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Vaseline Intensive Care is an amazing product that lives up to it's claim of revealing your skin's natural glow. An easy to use product that absorbs quickly and doesn't leave a greasy feel. The lotion doesn't cause any issues with my sensitive skin and has a pleasant cocoa butter scent. With only one application, my dry skin felt moisturized and looked healthier!
