I switched from my regular calcium immediately when I see this Calcium plus 7. I like it plant-based, natural , vegan and this is much better in terms of value. The idea of having 7 great veggies blending with the calcium is my greatest incentive. So wholesome and cool! Great product!!

Very hard vegan tab
This product has great balanced composition, it is for this reason I choose it.
When I received my order, I opened the bottle, toke one tablet, and encountered a bad surprise: the tablet is soooo hard I cannot swallowed it, tried to broke down the tablet with my teeth... it was practically impossible to brake down this tablet. I repeated the same exercise the 2 following days and fave up.
I decided to return this product as I cannot use it due to the fact that that the hardness of the vegan tablet.

I had trouble swallowing this pill, but today I put it in some olive oil and it went down easily, I bought this because of the natural ingredients so I don’t know yet if it works.
