Don’t use in shower, use in bowl
Alright folks, listen to me. My son started daycare. 2 days in, he comes back with a runny nose. After a few hours of him waking up because of his cough, I put a tab in a bowl of hot water in his bedroom: he slept so well. My husband did the same thing in our bedroom, it was magical!

This product really didn’t work for me although it dissolved in the shower there was no smell or ease of congestion
