ZzzQuil Nighttime Sleep-Aid LiquiCaps just to help you fall asleep, so you can wake up feeling refreshed.
Recommended Dosage: Take only as recommended see Warnings. Adults & Children 12 yrs & over: 2 (two) 25 mg capsules (50 mg) at bedtime if needed or as directed by a doctor. If persistent drowsiness is experienced with the 50 mg dose (two capsules), the dosage should be reduced to 25 mg (one capsule). Take only one dose per 24 hours: one dose = 2 capsules. Do not exceed recommended dose except on the advice of a physician.
