How to Clean Washable/Varnished Wood
Precautions: Not recommended for fine or antique wood furniture, unsealed, waxed, painted or polished wood. Avoid use on marble.

Instructions for use: For diluted use, pour 3 capfuls into 5 litres of water, wash and let dry. For full strength, apply for a few seconds and wipe away. To confirm compatibility with your surface, always test first in a small inconspicuous area. How to Clean Washable/Varnished Wood
- Wooden floors give your home its warm elegance, but not when they get trampled with dirt. Keep your floors sparkling clean with some help from Vim Wood Floor Cleaner.
- Wood is a sensitive surface that stains easily. If you’re worried, you should test Vim Wood Floor Cleaner on a small hidden area first to ensure it won’t discolour the finish.
- Sweep or vacuum the floor surface to remove any grit or dirt.
- Following the instructions on the bottle, dilute Vim Hardwood Floor Cleaner in a bucket full of water and mop down the wood thoroughly.
- If you are struggling with any stubborn stains, try mopping the mark vigorously with a cap full of undiluted floor cleaner.
- Allow the floor to dry naturally. If you’ve had to use any undiluted floor cleaner, you will need to rinse this area with clean, warm water.
- Cleaning wood regularly will help it retain its warm colours and natural patterns, leaving a beautifully clean finish that will never fail to impress.

The best

Iam VERY sad you changed the smell !!!! The new smell is flower smell is not pleasing as the old smell was earthy !!!!!! I hope it has the same hardwood cleaning power !!!!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I use a spray mop to clean the floors in my house, which consist of hardwood (the original from 1948!), laminate, and tile. Before trying this product, I had yet to find a product that met all of my needs. It had to clean all three surfaces, could not "lather" too much when combined with water, had to smell great, had to clean up sticky toddler messes, and couldn't leave a streaky residue on my floors.
Vim Wood Floor Cleaner has surpassed my expectations. I love the ease of dispensing from the bottle (narrow mouth with a cap to measure the amount into). It's easy to pour into my spray mop, and the solution doesn't foam/bubble too much.
It only takes a pass or two to remove spills and messes from my daughter, and the floors are left streak free! I can't put my finger on the scent, but it reminds me of the classic cleaning smells of my childhood.
I will definately try this product again, though next time I will likely try the Ocean scent.

Your floor cleaner has made my hardwood floors dull and leaves a film on it. It is sticky after using it and it leaves a weird smell in the house.

I LOVE VIM WOOD FLOOR CLEANER! I was so impressed with how clean it left my floors looking!
At first glance before even opening the bottle I was certain it would have a strong orange smell. I was worried about it being overpowering but was pleasantly surprised with the fresh, light fragrance. It's quite lovely!
I have been using Mr. Clean for years on my floors and didn't think that would change but am happy to say I've found a product that I like even more.
I tried both methods - applying directly to the floor as well as diluting the cleaner in a bucket of water. Both methods worked great but I prefered diluting it in water. I didn't need to use as much of the cleaner and was able to do the entire top floor of my house at once rather than continuously applying cleaner to the floor. It saved a lot of time!
The packaging indicates that it's streak free. It's true! The cleaner dries really nice and leaves a sparkling clean surface. I was very pleased!
Overall I'm extremely happy with Vim Wood Floor Cleaner. I will definitely be purchasing again!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I was selected to try the VIM WOOD FLOOR CLEANER from ChickAdvisor for free in exchange for my honest thoughts and opinions and I am so glad I did! I just recently purchased a new home with real hardwood and since I was younger I have always been scarred about real hardwood and the products used to clean it. We had it in our first house as I was growing up and I always remember it being a pain in the butt and was scared taking on this responsibility as an adult in my new home. We just finished sanding and refinishing the hardwood and I was scared that I was going to ruin it... but the Vim Wood Floor Cleaner seriously works FANTASTIC!
The directions give you the option of FULL STRENGTH use (which I used on my laminate) and the DILUTE USE (which I used on the hardwood). Both applications worked fantastic and my floors were left clean and streak free. I love that there is no need to rinse the floor after application and it is super easy to apply. For the hardwood I mixed 3 caps of the cleaner with 5 Litres of water into a mop bucket and then mopped the floor. Simple as that. The floor honestly looked amazing and I was relieved that I was freaking out for nothing (LOL)! It did not leave any residue at all and dried to a streak free and natural shine. I can't quite make out the scent but it smells fresh and clean and was not too overpowering or chemical like. Even my boyfriend, who doesn't pay much attention when I clean, commented on how great it smells! I love that all you need is 3 cap fulls as the jug comes in a 1L size and will last for a long time! I would absolutely recommend this to anyone with Hardwood or Laminate flooring as it safe to use, smells incredible and leaves a gorgeous streak free finish!
