Strong Taste
This Vitamin has a strong odor and taste, the kind that you an taste via indigestion for an hour after you take it. If that doesn't bother you, this vitamin will be fine for you, but I wont purchase this one again

Best multi vitamin I have tried
I used to work at a pharmacy and of all the vitamins this was my favorite since it includes a low dose iron a trace minerals that you don't normally get from other brands. I will admit that they are quite large but I quickly got used to swallowing them. It is definitely worth it!
