Highland whiskey cake traditionally baked and infused with 12 year old glenfiddich single malt scotch whiskey, distilled with care in the heart of speyside.

Ingredients: Sultana (42%), free range whole eggs, glace cherries (11%) (cherries, glucose-fructose syrup, natural colour: anthocyanin; acid: citric acid; preservative: sulphur dioxide), wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron niacin, thiamin), demerara sugar, butter (milk), whisky (4%), vegetable oils (palm, rapeseed), almonds, cinnamon, salt, barley malt extract.
