Melatonin is a hormone made by the brain to promote sleep. A low secretion of melatonin can cause sleep disorders such as insomnia, difficulty falling asleep or too light sleep.

Adults: 1-3 teaspoon(s) (5 ml) | 1 time per day at/or before bedtime
Jet lag: Take 1-3 teaspoon(s) (5 ml), once a day at bedtime while travelling, and at destination until adapted to the new time zone.
DURATION OF USE: Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists or for use beyond 4 weeks.
WARNINGS: Avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use or if you have cardiovascular, immune, liver or chronic kidney disease, hormonal or seizure disorders, asthma, depression, diabetes, low blood sugar, or migraine, or if you are taking medications for seizure, blood pressure, to suppress the immune system, to a ect mental state or increase sedation, steroids or blood thinners.
CONTRAINDICATIONS: Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin.
