Pontefract Cakes are little liquorice disks that have been around since 1614! This is a real classic British candy that makes for a fun, tasty treat. Waterbridge Pontefract Cakes are soft and chewy and made with completely natural colours and flavours.
Treacle, Glucose Syrup, Corn Starch, Invert Sugar Syrup, Wheat Flour, Liquorice Extract, Modified Potato Starch, Vegetable Oil (palm kernel, coconut, sunflower), Natural Flavour, Carnauba Wax.
