Recommended Dosage: (adults): 1–3 caplets daily with meals, a few hours before or after taking other medications, or as directed by a physician.

Great Combo of Calcium Magnesium with D3
Webber Naturals seems to be the only company to provide this combo of Calcium and Magnesium. The added Vit. D3 is a bonus..
I have found with the " enhanced absorption" they don't upset my stomach like some other Calcium products.
I only use Webber Supplements for that reason.
