It improved my digestion significantly. Quite satisfied.

Found this to be an effective and very good product. Helps to replenish the good flora lost by antibiotic use, and by doing so I do feel physically/mentally and emotionally better. Also, helps with keeping my body and breath fresher, as digestion is improved as well. If you are unable to swallow capsules, these can be opened and poured directly into your mouth, as they are tasteless and dissolve rapidly, or add to a smoothie/juice/yogurt etc. In each capsule is a white, lightweight, loose powder-like content.

I have tried a lot of different probiotics for digestive problems and I find these work just as well as some of the more expensive ones.
