Vitamin D is the sunshine vitamin and is essential for healthy bones and teeth as well as for the maintenance of good health. Extra Strength D3 2500 IU from Webber Naturals contains a higher daily dose of the preferred cholecalciferol form of vitamin D to help prevent vitamin D deficiency. When combined with adequate calcium intake, a healthy diet, and regular exercise, vitamin D can reduce the risk of developing osteoporosis.
Directions: Recommended dosage (adults): 1 softgel daily or as directed by a physician. To be taken with an adequate intake of calcium.Consult a physician for use beyond 6 months.
Caution: Consult a physician prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have kidney disorders, if you take other vitamin D supplements, multivitamin supplements containing vitamin D, or products containing vitamin D analogues, or any prescription medications, including antacids, anticonvulsants, digoxin, cholestyramine, colestipol, mineral oil, steroids, statins, or thiazide diuretics. 15–20 mcg (600–800 IU) of vitamin D per day is adequate for most individuals. Consult a physician to determine if you would benefit from additional vitamin D before taking this product. Do not use this product if you have hypercalcemia and/or hypercalciuria. Stop use and consult a physician if weakness, fatigue, drowsiness, headache, lack of appetite, dry mouth, metallic taste, nausea, vomiting, vertigo, ringing in the ears, lack of coordination, and muscle weakness (which are early symptoms of hypercalcemia) occur, or if you experience any other side effects. Keep out of reach of children.

Quality Softgels
Our whole family has been purchasing Webber Naturals for years and it is definitely one of our Vitamins and Supplements brand.
With such a wide range of vitamin D supplements, we are able to shop for all of our family needs. I recently switched over to softgels and I've not gone back, my husband prefers the regular tablets, and we use the drops for our little toddler.
Living in Canada, our whole family definitely does not get enough sun exposure to produce vitamin D naturally. So vitamin D supplementation is a big part of our daily routine. WN is a Canadian-owned brand that we can all feel good about.

Amazing product
Loved the Vitamin D3, have been using it for a month now and I feel the difference. Workout having much sun exposure in the wintertime, I start noticing feeling more happy and energetic during the day. Love to support Canadian brands with natural products.

The best
In the past, I tried a few vitamines brand but they all tasted so bad. But not this one! They taste absolutely nothing, which is a big plus for me! I've been taking this product since a week and so far, I love it.

Living in Vancouver, specially on winter months we barely get any sunshine, so having to take vitamin D makes up for it! The softgel are so easy to swallow and love that the ingredients are naturally sourced!

So easy to take!
I absolutely love the gel caps, as a person that struggles with swallowing tablets, these work great. I also love the higher dose. I find most Vitamin Ds are only 1000 IU. They are very easy on my stomach, I usually take them at night with a cup of tea or golden milk latte. Absorption is supposed to be better when taken with a fat source and I include coconut milk in my golden milk (turmeric latte).

My new morning staple!
Fact: Canadian winters are harsh! We don’t get much sunlight and when it’s pitch black at 5 PM for months, it can definitely take a toll on a lot of us! I have started taking these vitamins a few weeks ago and I’ve already noticed a slight difference in my energy level. The gel capsules are easy to swallow and do not bother my stomach at all! I would definitely buy again and recommend!

Love these softgels!
As someone who thrives on sunshine, I can't recommend this sunshine vitamin enought. I love the small softgel size, as they're easy to take and incorporate them into my routine, and have no flavour at all. I've been living off of these during this dark Canadian winter. Can't recommend them enough!
