Directions:

Recommended dosage (adults and adolescents 9 years and older): Chew 1 tablet, 1–4 times daily with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications, or as directed by a physician. Children (age 6–8): Chew 1 tablet, 1–2 times daily with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications,or as directed by a physician. For anti-nausea use: Chew a single dose 30 minutes before travel and, optionally, every 4 hours as necessary.
