Maximum Strength Melatonin from webber naturals helps restore the natural sleep-wake cycle for better, more restorative sleep. The advanced bi-layer technology offers an immediate release of 5 mg melatonin to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, followed by a gradual release of 5 mg melatonin to increase sleep quality and duration, and help relieve daytime fatigue.
Recommended Dosage: (Adults) Before bedtime only, 1 tablet daily or as directed by a physician. For use beyond 4 weeks, consult a physician.
Caution: Consult a physician prior to use if you have a hormonal disorder, diabetes, liver or kidney disease, cerebral palsy, seizure disorders, migraine, depression and/or hypertension or if you are taking blood pressure or sedative/hypnotic medications. Bi-Layer Tablets? Layers are separated
The "dual action release" was a new idea so I wanted to try. When I opened the bottle, the first few tablets that came out were small tablets and some of them were very thin pieces like shells of something. Then I poured out more tablets and noticed that some tablets were thicker than others. I looked closely and realised that the shell-like pieces were supposed to be paired up with the smaller pieces to make up one complete tablet. Some days I'm lucky that the tablet came out in one piece. Other days, I have to dig in to find the matching piece. I think Webber needs to look at this issue. As for the effect, I did not find it helping me fall asleep faster, but did stay asleep. Next time, I will try taking it earlier rather than taking it right before bed.

Helped a new mom out!
I have been using these for about a week now and they have substantially helped me get back on track with my sleep routine! It has been so difficult getting to sleep after the first few months of waking up every few hours. Thankfully within a short few days my stress level and mood have improved as my sleep schedule gets back on track !

Great for moms like me
I’m a mom of three and have to do lists running through my head all day. This makes it really hard for me to fall asleep. The melatonin supplements have helped me fall asleep quickly and have not had any issues falling back asleep when woken up through the night. I have felt so rested and more energized in the mornings.

Wow!!

I’ve always had issues falling asleep but this melatonin supplement has really helped me with this. I fall asleep quicker and when I wake up I feel rejuvenated and ready to tackle my busy day. Really like how it’s vegan friendly and no preservatives too!
