Timed Release Vitamin C from Webber Naturals provides a gradual release of vitamin C to help support wound healing, connective tissue formation, and healthy bones, gums, and teeth. Each Timed Release Vitamin C tablet provides 1000 mg of vitamin C in a convenient one-per-day tablet.
Vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin that is not stored in the body. It must be obtained daily through the diet and/or supplemental sources to support numerous aspects of human health. Vitamin C is the body’s primary antioxidant, and is also able to help recycle depleted vitamin E for enhanced antioxidant protection. Vitamin C protects LDL cholesterol from oxidation, and facilitates the absorption of non-heme iron to support red blood cell formation.
Recommended Dosage: (Adults) 1–2 tablets daily or as directed by a physician.

Hate the taste
I much prefer a pill I don't have to taste. The taste of the rose hips is quite apparent and I always gag before I can quickly chase it down with a sip of water. This is minor, I'm sure, to many, but those of us who gag easily in the mornings should avoid this one. I'm sure as far as the vitamins go, it's great, but if I am gagging from it, the experience is tainted. I won't go with this brand again unless it's truly the only vitamin C i can get.
