Upset my stomach maybe the vegetable glycerin or sugar alcohol is from coconut oil and I have an allergy to that.

I love this bar! I bought 12 of them recently, after testing them at a local health store. It tastes great, it's surprisingly filling and it has only 150 cal. I also love the Almond Matcha flavor.
