From December 1st to December 23rd, each day hides a bag of delicious gummies behind its door. Wally & Whiz only uses natural flavors and colors, so each of the 12 flavor combinations hidden behind the calendar’s 24 tempting doors are made from berries, fruits, flowers, and roots from around the world.

Ingredients

Glucose syrup, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, water, modified starch (gluten-free wheat, corn, potato), raw licorice, acidity regulators (malic acid, sodium citrate, citric acid, lactic acid), natural flavor, icing sugar (sugar, potato starch), color (curcumin, concentrated black carrot juice, starfruit juice, gooseberry juice), ammonium chloride, salt, coconut oil, powder (strawberry, apricot, passion fruit, apple, sour lemon, blueberry, sea buckthorn, raspberry, salmiak, fruit tea, vanilla, yuzu, melon), glazing agent (carnauba wax).

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Excellent wine gums, but the description is not accurate. I am a HUGE wine gum fan, and Wally and Whiz wine gums are one of my favourites - all the flavours are mild, but incredibly delicious, and the texture is soft chewy perfection. I have bought their advent calendar several times before (not from Well), and I also checked the Wally and Whiz website to see what their Christmas flavours were this year. The 2025 calendar on their website and all the previous years calendars I have bought from other suppliers come with a full jar of one flavour behind the last door. This box came with 4 mini 11g envelopes instead, which is a poor substitution for the 140g jar. Also, Well is describing this calendar as including four flavours that are unique to this advent calendar, which is not accurate. The calendar includes 9 fruit/plant based flavours (no licorice), and only two of those are not available year round (Cherry with Vanilla and Pink Pineapple with Fruit Tea). So, I had to knock off a few stars because I am so disappointed in what I received vs what I expected. If you don't mind getting only the small envelopes, and you aren't expecting extra special flavours, this would still make a great gift for the wine gum lover in your life! They are vegan too!
