Added this product back into my diet just like grandma did. It is filled with nutrients and sugar level is lower than most sweeteners of any kind. Enjoying the taste on grapefruit or sometimes even in my morning coffee. The best is dunking your toast.

I use this molasses to raise my iron levels. Recommendation by my Dr; instead of taking pills. Has to be blackstrap , take 1 Tbsp orally or in food. Also great for baking

I've been using this brand of molasses for almost 5 years now and haven't looked back. For as long as this is sold, I will NEVER use another molasses in any of my baking. The difference is really, really noticeable. The taste and consistency are fantastic, never mind the added benefit of an organic, sulfite free product. I highly recommend this product to everyone - especially those that ask for my recipes :)

I absolutely love this organic brand of molasses.i am recovering from surgery and also have frozen shoulder. I take 2tbls everyday and I know for sure it has helped the pain. It's sulphite free and full of excellent nutrients, and it's Fair Trade certified. It's a staple in my household I discovered a recipe with molasses called Shoo Fly pie. Delicious! I love shopping at, the service and staff excellent.
