Too Much Oil
I really wanted to like this, but it is terrible. All you taste and feel in your mouth is oil. I thought this would be a nice option, but I’d rather have fresh and refreshing sauce. Yuk. It is spicy and has strong flavours and I love interesting sauces, but this fell really short. I even tried to drain the oil, but it didn’t help. I was going to try it as a marinade but I was so turned off by then I tossed it. At least I can use the jar.

Best Chimichurri Sauce in a bottle.
Tried other brands but didn't like them. I really like this one but it seems a little pricey for the size.
