Heavy and large
Holy smokes, this thing is a beast. it weighs 440 grams and is very wide. Perhaps better suited for eating leftovers out of. I wanted a coffee travel mug so this is a bit too wide, big, and bulky for me. Can't report on how it works as I will be returning this but just wanted to caution that this was larger and heftier than expected. Gave 2 stars because I had to give a rating but if you're looking for something in this size and shape it might work for you?

Excellent customer support
I ordered a Yeti and received it on the third day. Unfortunately the lid leaked more than normal. I called the company and filled a form with a video and some photos. Three days later I received a replacement. Excellent customer support. This is the seventh Yeti in my family, just love this product.

Perfect Commute Buddy
Great for my day-to-day commute. Keeps coffee hot on-the-go and the open/close mouth keeps contents in place when the bus gets bumpy. When I get to work, it makes a great mug for my desk.
