Sweet Rice Flour
I make two types of my own "all purpose" GF flours and the blends I use for both call for Sweet Rice Flour. I only use this brand of Glutinous sweet rice flour and I get two blends of excellent flour for baking sweet treats and for making my breads and salty items.
