Great for baking
I was unable to get dairy-free chocolate chips made with coconut sugar. I found these bars and thought I could possibly make my own chocolate chips. I just add coconut oil and maple syrup when melting and it is so creamy and wonderful. I used it to roll peanut butter balls in and it was absolutely delicious! It can also be poured into chocolate chip molds. I plan on always having some of these bars on hand now.

Incredibly dark chocolate. I hated the first few pieces, so it ended up lasting while, but by the time I was halfway through the bar, I couldn't help but keep eating!
