Poor design and quality
I opened the item and used few times. The flip cover lid broke after my baby threw in the floor (as all babies do with everything). After being dropped, the buffer chamber gets disassemble and baby started sucking the straw with no liquid on it so you have to open the lid and reposition the chamber to the correct position all the time it is dropped.
It's hard to drink from, considering it is a straw type cup. It requires excessive sucking, which can hurt oral hygiene over time. Baby gets frustrated very easily as it does not fill up quickly.
