What is Be Well^TM?

Be Well^TM is a new kind of rewards program. It is available as an app that can be downloaded to your phone, as well as a card that you can carry in your wallet. Be Well puts health, wellness and rewards in one place that provides you with personalized offers to help you collect and redeem points as well as making your medication management simpler with a direct connection to your Rexall Pharmacy. Be Well makes taking care of your well-being simpler and more rewarding than ever.

What are the benefits of joining Be Well^TM?

Be Well^TM offers its members a single point of access to a suite of health and wellness services that make connecting with their Rexall pharmacy and medication management simpler. It also offers personalized promotions, incentives and rewards for shopping in store at Rexall and online at Well.ca.

How is Be Well^TM different from other loyalty programs?

Be Well^TM is like no other loyalty program currently on the market. It makes taking care of your well-being simpler and more rewarding than ever before. With helpful tools and advice, ability to collect and redeem points, Be Well^TM puts health, wellness and rewards into one program. In addition to earning & redeeming rewards points at Rexall & Well.ca, Be Well^TM allows you to connect directly to your Rexall^TM pharmacy, making medication management simpler. Can I join the Be Well program if I'm a US resident?

The Be Well app is not available for download in the US, and you must have a Canadian postal code to register.

Where can I use my Be Well^TM card?

You can earn and redeem Be Well^TM points on purchases at any Rexall^TM location across Canada and when you shop online at Well.ca.

Can I link my Be Well account to multiple Well.ca accounts?

At this time, only one Well.ca account can be linked to a single Be Well^TM account.

How do I link my Be Well account with my Well.ca account?

When shopping at Well.ca, link your Be Well account to your Well.ca account during checkout by selecting the Link Be Well Card button. You will use your Be Well account credentials to link your card. After you link your card once, your card details will be remembered every time you checkout. Note, your Be Well account and card will need to be in good standing in order to earn and redeem points on Well.ca.

How do I collect Be Well^TM points?

When shopping at any Rexall^TM location across Canada, you can collect Be Well^TM points by presenting your card, or digital card from the app, to the cashier or scanning it at self-checkout when completing a purchase and your points will be added to your account balance.

When shopping at Well.ca, link your Be Well account to your Well.ca account during checkout by selecting the Link Be Well Card button. After you link your card once, your card details will be remembered every time you checkout. You will automatically earn points on any offers you qualify for.

How do I redeem my Be Well^TM points?

When you have earned more than 25,000 points you can begin to redeem and save. When making a purchase, you can choose whether to redeem your points or to keep collecting. If you wish to redeem your points when shopping in store at Rexall, simply let the cashier know that you will be using your points towards savings on your current purchase. If you wish to redeem your points when shopping online at Well.ca, use the redemption drop down to select the number of points you wish to redeem, and select apply.

What are my points Be Well^TM worth?

For every dollar spent at a Rexall^TM store, you earn 10 Be Well^TM points. Look for special offers and promotions to earn more points at Rexall and Well.ca. Every 25,000 points = $10 in redeemable value.

Do all purchases at a Rexall^TM store or online at Well.ca qualify for Be Well^TM points?

Most purchases from Rexall^TM locations across Canada qualify for Be Well^TM points. Some exceptions apply. Earn points at Well.ca by qualifying for special offers and promotions.

Points cannot be collected or redeemed for any of the following products: Taxes, tobacco products, products containing codeine, lottery tickets, alcohol, bottle deposits, gift cards, prepaid cards, phone cards, event tickets, transit tickets and passes, post office transactions, stamps, passport photos, cash back, gifts with purchases, delivery charges, environmental levies, Home Health Care services/rentals, any other products or services that we may specify or where prohibited by law. Are Be Well^TM points transferable between Be Well^TM members or accounts?

Points can only be transferred between accounts owned by the same Be Well^TM member. Points cannot be transferred to other members including spouse, family or friends at this time.

What happens to my points when I return an item?

All points earned related to the returned purchase will be forfeited. However, it's easy to start earning again with exclusive access to special offers and rewards.

Are there any restrictions on how I use my Be Well^TM points?

Be Well^TM points can be redeemed for cash savings on eligible purchases. Products and services ineligible for earning or redeeming points are detailed in the program Terms & Conditions.

Are there member exclusives I can join with Be Well^TM?

Yes! Be Well^TM members will have exclusive access to in store events personalized and special offers to earn even more points at all Rexall^TM locations across Canada. Be sure to activate your personalized offers via the app or website to earn bonus points. Be Well members can also earn points at Well.ca by qualifying for special offers and promotions. How will I find out about what?s new with Be Well^TM, including bonus programs and offers?

As a Be Well^TM member, you can learn more about Be Well^TM offers through the app, on the website, by email, in our weekly flyer and in store.

Can Be Well^TM personalize my offers?

Yes, as a Be Well^TM member, you will receive personalized Rexall offers via the app, website or email. Personalized Well.ca offers are not available at this time.

How do personalized offers work?

Members who have registered their Be Well^TM card will receive personalized Rexall offers via the app, website or email. These offers need to be activated within the Be Well^TM App or Be Well^TM Website prior to purchase to earn the applicable bonus points. Personalized Well.ca offers are not available at this time.

Can I return products where I've used points to pay for purchases?

Yes. For points redeemed at Rexall, the value of the returned purchase using Be Well^TM points will be provided in the form of a gift card. For points redeemed at Well.ca, the value of the returned purchase using Be Well points will be awarded back to your Be Well account within 1 week.
